U.S. stock indexes were set to open on Wednesday at levels not seen in about a
month after the latest batch of earnings including Morgan Stanley MS.N added to
optimism about the U.S. corporate reporting season.  .N 
    At 8:59 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.30 percent at 24,782. S&P 500
e-minis  ESc1  were up 0.32 percent at 2,715.25, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1
